True champions never stop! Less than ten days after his victory over Novak Djokovic in the 2020 Roland-Garros final, Rafael Nadal is already gearing up for the end of the season.

Barely a week after returning to his native Majorca to drop off his 13th Coupe des Mousquetaires alongside his other 19 Grand Slam trophies at his Academy Museum, the King of Clay is back on the training courts at the Rafa Nadal Academy in Manacor.

And although the indoor hard courts have now replaced the outdoor clay, the Spaniard’s passion remains the same, judging by his latest social media post announcing his return to training and… his participation at the Rolex Paris Masters, which takes place between 31 October and 8 November at the Accor Arena in Paris.

So the world number two will be back in the City of Light less than three weeks after his latest triumph at the Porte d'Auteuil.

Heading into his 8th Paris indoor tournament, "Rafa", now level with Roger Federer with 20 Grand Slam triumphs, will be looking to win his 36th Masters 1000 title and draw level with Novak Djokovic, the current recordholder following his win in Cincinnati in August.
