The Roland-Garros Kids’ Day charity event, which will take place on Saturday 25 May, will once again have plenty of surprises in store for spectators at Porte d’Auteuil.

The world’s greatest players will take part in one-set exhibition matches on the brand new courts Philippe-Chatrier (three matches, between 12 pm and 3 pm) and Simonne-Mathieu (two matches, between 12 pm and 2 pm).

Four tennis legends, Fabrice Santoro, Arnaud Clément, Mats Wilander and Mansour Bahrami, will play a doubles match on Court Suzanne-Lenglen, between 4.30 pm and 5.30 pm.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to watch tournament players practising on the various courts around the grounds.

On Court 7, the semi-finals (10 am) and final (from 2 pm) of the “Stars, Set and Match” event, sponsored by French brand and official partner Sisley Paris, will take place. This event paired up a celebrity with a former champion.

Another event on Kids’ Day is the finals of the “Roland-Garros Junior Wild Card Series by Oppo” event. The winners will earn wildcards for the main draw of the junior singles tournament.

The "Play on the Roland-Garros Clay" event, sponsored by ENGIE and Babolat, gives spectators the opportunity to step out onto the hallowed Parisian clay on Court 1.

A concert by Arcadian is scheduled from 4 pm to 5 pm on Court 1, and is sure to be a highlight of the day, heating up the atmosphere in the legendary “bullring” court.

The entertainment will also spill over onto the walkways around the grounds, where Emirates air hostesses will be giving out treats to the kids. There’s plenty of other entertainment on the programme too: a marching band, jugglers, a parade, face painting, mime, magicians, origami, and more.

All money raised on Kids’ Day will go to the following charities:

  • Fête le Mur
  • Tennis en Liberté
  • Les Trophées des actions solidaires de la FFT (FFT clubs that work in the fields of education, social work and integration and on behalf of groups who do not have easy access to tennis.)
