One of the main attractions away from the Grand Slams was the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020, which saw Belinda Bencic earn a well-deserved gold. Joining her on the women’s singles podium were Marketa Vondrousova and Elina Svitolina. Krejcikova and Barbora Krejcikova completed a notable double by adding Olympic women’s doubles gold to their Roland-Garros title.
