A double for Japan in the wheelchair competition, as Yui Kamiji of Japan beat Diede de Groot of the Netherlands 2-6 6-0 6-2 to take the women's singles crown.

To capture her second consecutive title at Roland-Garros, Yui Kamiji – three times a Grand Slam champion in 2017 - had to overcome Diede de Groot, who had beaten her in two sets at this year’s Australian Open final.
