It was a home triumph in the men’s doubles when Nicolas Mahut and Pierre-Hugues Herbert defeated Oliver Marach and Mate Pavic 6-2 7-6(4)

Mahut and Herbert beat No.2 seeds Marach and Pavic to become the third all-French duo in the Open Era to win Roland-Garros men's doubles. Mahut’s six-year-old son Natanel provided one of the cutest moments of the tournament when he ran onto the court to congratulate his papa.
